The Role
In short, the Commercial Electrical Service Delivery Manager is responsible for facilitating maintenance operations across Victoria and New South Wales for up to 480 retail, commercial and industrial properties.
This role is fully resourced and supported by dedicated Service Coordinators and back-end administration team to maximise successful outcomes of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with a variety of blue-chip and well known clients and your team of up to 12 on-staff electricians
- Manage sub-contractors and suppliers in Victoria and NSW (electrical, civil, switchboard manufacturers etc)
- Schedule and support electricians in completion of work orders
- Engage new sub-contractors and induct them in AEI's compliance system
- Complete jobs/projects documentation (COES)
- Uphold safety and quality requirements in line with ISO certifications
- Organise and order required materials and stock from suppliers
- Raise purchase orders
- Draft, submit and follow up Quotations
- Assist clients and staff in answering technical queries
- Report updates directly to Managing Director
About You
You're a Class A Licensed Electrician who's had similar roles, you know you're capable of the above, and you're ready to be rewarded with an attractive salary for doing so.
Your extensive operational knowledge in electrical power, lighting and data in commercial installations serves you well but your open to new opportunities to add to your experience and level up your position in the electrical industry.
