Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Cost Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis to understand cost drivers and trends, contributing to cost control and performance improvement.
• Cost Review Leadership: Run cost review meetings with managers and perform detailed cost analysis.
• Financial Data Training: Provide training and support for managers to enhance their understanding of financial data.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of site reporting and finance processes to boost efficiency.
• Month-End Mastery: Lead the month-end process, ensuring compliance and timely completion of accounting procedures.
• Reporting Excellence: Prepare comprehensive month-end reports and complete balance sheet reconciliations.
• Budget and Forecast Coordination: Oversee the budget and forecast process, preparing detailed analysis and reports for management.
• Financial Modeling: Assist in preparing and maintaining financial models for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Capital Project Management: Maintain the capital project register and assist departments with capital expenditure applications and monitoring.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly management reports for presentation to the Board of Directors and senior management.
• Cash Flow Management: Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, ensuring adequate liquidity.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure robust governance and compliance with financial standards and internal controls.
• CFO Support: Provide high-level support to the CFO on all financial matters, both internal and external.
• Audit Assistance: Assist with internal and external audits to ensure full compliance.
