We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our growing practice located in the Bundall business precinct on the Gold Coast. As a long established, respected and well known law firm this role will see you working with our large and loyal client base, with fantastic opportunities for your long-term growth. In this role, you will work directly with clients on your own matters, with open access to, and support from, the partners and a senior associate.
Skills and experience
This full time role will require an individual with 5 years PAE, ideally with experience in:
- Commercial acquisitions and sales
- Property developments
- Leasing (retail and commercial)
- Business sales and purchases
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- Commercial law experience
- Competence in drafting agreements, deeds and commercial documents
- Transactional experience in commercial matters including both purchases and sales
- A desire to ‘hit the ground running’ , with the initiative and drive to push matters along and provide clients with exceptional outcomes
- Ability to develop and maintain successful client relationships
- Time management and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
