Commercial Lawyer

In this team you will join the business advisory team, known for their commercial and practical client oriented solutions. You will work alongside experienced legal practitioners and have direct contact with clients. You will be encouraged to work autonomously, take up mentoring if you wish and be considered for genuine career progression to take a seat at the table.

Your new role will allow you to draw upon your prior experience gained from a similar practice and work across a range of industries and matters including:

• business sales and purchases; 
• business and personal structuring; 
• mergers and franchising; 
• contracts and agreements; 
• finance, loans & securities, and lender services; and 
• tax law.

About You:
You will ideally have 3 - 5 years + PAE (those with a higher level will also be considered), and have gained:

• an eye for detail and developed drafting skills
• highly developed commercial acumen
• client focused and enjoy delivering exceptional legal service to a full range of clients
• strong written and oral communication skills
• enjoy being part of a team and working collaboratively with like minded individuals
• display initiative, energy and a willingness to learn.
