We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer eligible for a current unrestricted Australian practising certificate, with a passion for looking after small business. If you’ve had the experience of running a small business, all the better!

We’d like you to have experience in any two or more of:

• drafting a wide range of commercial agreements in a style that lay people can understand
• advising on, establishing and transitioning business structures 
• TM and copyright applications, oppositions and disputes
• employment law for employers
• commercial dispute resolution

As a minimum, you will need to be:

• confident with people and technology
• able to be self-sufficient and work with the team
• minimum 5 years PQE
• eligibility for a current unrestricted Australian practising certificate
• willing to operate a paperless environment
