Commercial Litigation - Insolvency Lawyer | High End National Practice

Commercial Litigation - Insolvency Lawyer position available with a highly regarded Commercial Disputes - Insolvency team in a Sydney CBD practice. 

What the position focuses on:

• Collaborating in the practice area that is led by 4 partners 
• Work autonomously on debt recovery matters and work as part of a team on large litigation and insolvency matters
• Drafting documents such as letters of demand, subpoenas, pleadings and affidavits
• Appear at Direction Hearings. 

• $140,000 to $180,000 Salary range | Can be negotiable
• Flexible working conditions 
• Learning and development training, mentorship from supportive partners in the practice 
• Work on a range of complex matters and progress your career 
• Highly reputable disputes and insolvency practice in a national firm setting. 
• Referall bonuses 

• 5 years + PAE in Commercial Litigation - Insolvency 
• Experience in drafting bankruptcy notices, statutory demands and supporting documents
• Credit level onwards academic achievements
• Ability to work independently and in a team
