The Role: The team is currently seeking a talented Lawyer with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience to join the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. In this role, you will handle a diverse range of commercial disputes, mediations, and litigations, focusing on competition and consumer law matters, general commercial disputes, and regulatory investigations. You'll work closely with industry-leading partners and fellow litigators in a collaborative environment, gaining invaluable experience and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex Commercial Litigation matters from start to finish, including court appearances, mediations, and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and provide insightful advice to clients.
- Prepare pleadings, submissions, and other court documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Mentor and support junior staff members to foster their professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- 2-4 years of experience in Commercial Litigation within a reputable law firm.
- Proficiency in court procedures and alternative dispute resolution methods.
