EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

St Vincent's College is an independent day and boarding school offering a contemporary Catholic education for girls in Years 7-12, founded by the Sisters of Charity in 1858 now under the Stewardship of Mary Aikenhead. The College fosters the development of creative, discerning leaders and courageous women of action.
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to support the Director of Teaching and Learning. The successful candidate will be part of the Administration Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish College documents and handbooks
- Administrative support to facilitate efficient operation of teaching and learning
- Manage parent communications in an appropriate and timely manner
- Undertake data entry and report management across a range of platforms
- Liaise with key stakeholders both internal and external to the College
- Calendar management
- Coordinate and organise events as through online systems and portals
Our Ideal Candidate has:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- A high level of administration competence
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience working in a school or educational setting is an advantage, but not essential
This is an onsite position, 4 or 5 days a week at the College.
