KBE Legal Talent has been briefed by a respected law firm in the Commercial and Litigation sector to secure two Lawyers to join their growing and vibrant team.

Collaborate with a close-knit team to drive complex and high-stake matters across general commercial, insurance, class actions, and commercial litigation acting for sophisticated clientele.

Depending on your level of experience and interests, you will have exposure to all or some of the below:

• Property sale and purchase agreements.
• Settlement and conveyancing of Commercial and residential properties.
• Leasing, loan agreements, and joint venture agreements.
• Franchising, licensing, and intellectual property.
• Insolvency and debt recovery.
• Wills & Estate Planning.
• Class actions.
• Product liability claims.
• General commercial litigation.

We would like to speak with lawyers with 3-10+ years’ PAE from a top, mid-tier or leading boutique firm who are seeking to work with more autonomy and direct access to their clients. The successful candidates will be proactive, value exceptional client service, and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.

You will work closely with the team with full support and commitment to your professional development and depending on your level you will work with a high level of autonomy and drive your matters whilst building your profile in a positive and collegiate environment.
