The team covers a wide range of contentious and non-contentious Commercial Litigation, joint venture disputes and complex contractual disputes.
Recently concluded matters have spanned breach of contract, breach of directors duties, shareholders disputes, bankruptcy and winding up orders and construction disputes. Details can be provided.
The team also acts on a number of ongoing matters as a result of entrenched client relationships held by the Partner, as well as contractual advice at the transactional stage.
The client list covers a wide range of industries including private and ASX mining and resources, energy, industrial, technology and professional services.
You will be driving the technical delivery of diverse disputes primarily in the Supreme Court with some federal circuit activity. The expectation at the Special Counsel level is that you act as a strategic consult to the partner in terms of dispute strategy and coordination of the team for execution and delivery.

You will bring with you:
Bachelor of Laws, strong academics
Minimum of five years post admission experience in commercial disputes.
