The Firm & The Role
Our client is a leading national law firm that is known for its client-centric approach to legal services. They have established a strong loyal client base due to their reputation which includes publicly listed companies, major banks and financial services companies, SMEs, high net worth individuals, government agencies, international corporations.
Due to growth, our client is looking for a Commercial Litigation lawyer around the 1 to 4 years pae level. The role will see you working on a broad range of disputes including high value breach of contract matters, partnership disputes, insolvency related disputes, credit-based litigation including secured and banking finance matters, equity disputes, corporate disputes.
About You
In addition to having at least 1 to 4 years pae in the area of Commercial Litigation experience, you will demonstrate the following qualities:
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as well as part of a team
- Be driven and self-motivated to succeed
- Have the desire to progress whilst maintaining a team player mindset so to build strong relationships
- A passion for litigation
