Our client's offer an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Commercial LitigationSenior Associate to join the busy Commercial Litigation section of our corporate, tax and litigation practice.
The firm's principal areas of practice are corporate law, tax controversy, trusts and equity, commercial law, insolvency law, trade practices, contract law and property law.
The successful applicant will possess integrity, have an enquiring mind, and will display the enthusiasm and drive to be a future outstanding legal practitioner. Ideally, you will have a commerce degree and a law degree that encompasses equity, property, commercial and corporate law subjects. You must possess good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with commercially aware clients.
The right applicant will find the work intellectually stimulating as the practice is technically innovative and solution based.
A market salary commensurate with your proven experience and skill set will be negotiated.
