This is a key role of our new partnership with Melbourne & Olympic Park (M&OP). As the Commercial Manager you will be developing a commercial team, end of month and management reporting, contractual compliance, driving growth & optimising profitability.

Leveraging Levy Australia's cutting-edge, guest-centric approach your role will be integral in allowing our teams to deliver legendary experiences for the up to three million guests to hundreds of events the park welcomes each year, including the world's biggest tennis tournament, the Australian Open. Fast-paced, and no two days the same, you will be responsible for:

The Position:
- Direct and lead sales teams to achieve revenue targets, develop sales strategies, and foster client relationships.
- Manage the financial aspects of commercial activities, including month end preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify opportunities, analyse trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners, ensuring compliance and favourable terms.
