Lexus of Perth is a luxury car dealership that sells and services the Lexus range of motor vehicles. We require a motivated Customer Relationship Manager to run our customer follow up program within our Service Department.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Customer Relationship management strategies to optimise service bookings, improve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- To run our service reminder program, which includes contact via email, SMS and phone to ensure daily appointment targets are met.
- Experience with the TUNE dealer management system will be highly regarded.
- Create quality interactions with our service customers that promote an exceptional level of satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer service bookings, customer engagement and customer satisfaction.
