J.G. Goldner Pty Ltd (Goldners) is Australia's leading thoroughbred transport company, established in 1945.   We operate a fleet of 16 specialised horse trucks from depots in the Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide.

The Commercial Manager is based at Goldners headquarters at Warwick Farm.  

This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile leader who loves the horse industry and excels at customer relationship management and people leadership.  

This Commercial Manager leads a team of over 25, and is also the senior point of contact for our discerning clientele.  There is significant scope for decision making, and team leadership.

You're a people person who loves dealing with our amazing customers and their world-class bloodstock, and excels in people leadership.  

Due to the specialised nature of the work Goldners performs, prior work experience in the horse industry is required,

What you'll do

On a tight-knit management team you will be the leader.  Your colleagues will rely on you to provide leadership, drive business development, and support the complex decisions involved in important work of moving Australia's best horses.  

No task is too big, or too small.  You'll take pride in making sure that our customers and their horses are extremely happy, and in constantly developing your team.  You'll have to think laterally and thrive on every day being different.
