Form of workA crucial appointment, this position will support the Managing Director and General Managers and be responsible for performance reporting, Business Partnering, driving value add business insights and a variety of ad-hoc business projects in addition to FP&A. Working with the senior leadership team and key stakeholders throughout the group you will be:
- Leading planning and performance processes, budgeting and forecasting, and the identification of business performance gaps.
- Scenario analysis and Business case development.
- Ownership of business performance and the delivery of the financial plan.
- Deep dive reporting and development of new tools to provide insights and trends.
- Oversight of the outsourced accounting team (local) and final sign off of numbers.
- Any other ad hoc project work.
To be successful in this role you will be CA or CPA qualified, with at least 10 years' experience, ideally from a chartered environment with exposure in group FP&A and or Commercial Management from a leading Retailer or FMCG. You will have a comprehensive understanding of commercial drivers and information flow, board reporting couples with strong numerical and analytical skills. In addition to this you will enjoy working with customers and have exceptional interpersonal skills with a a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
