- Manage contract variations and extensions, and make any amendments as required
- Ensure any contracts and contract activity is recorded accurately and proactively
- Provide advice to internal stakeholders in relation to commercial managers
- Assist in contract negotiations, and facilitate contract handovers with relevant stakeholders
- Streamline tender and contract management processes
- Ensure compliance and legislation requirements are upheld with all tenders, contracts, and proposals
- Ad-hoc duties as required
- Demonstrated skill set in a similar position
- Industry experience in energy, oil, or gas highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can demonstrate multi-tasking and prioritising competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work both autonomously and as a member of a team
