The Administration/Customer Service Officer is responsible to provide high quality of administrative and Customer Service duty within a supportive culture, complete Account Opening KYC, Daily transaction and maintaining good relationships with customers.

The Position:
We are seeking an Administration /Customer Service officer for Brisbane Branch. The position is primarily responsible for providing Customer Service Officer support and Administration general activities accurately, and efficiently process account opening and KYC, administration control and duties of Administration/Customer Service Officer including, but not limit to:
- Account opening and customer due diligence process including Customer data collection and entry, inward/Outward remittance processing, resolving customer issues and maintain high quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in team’s growth target for Deposit volume, accounts and branch revenue, and, from time to time, you may require to take on additional duties, projects or assignments as determined by your Supervisor.
- Effectively liaise with internal Departments and/or external professionals to resolve Administrative related queries such as office management and equipment issues follow-ups, IT management supporting and Accounting general report prepared to ensure the daily operation of the branch with good quality and efficiency, including:
- Reception support – Handling inbound calls, emails and assisting visitors.
- Undertake general office duties, provide administrative support to the colleagues.
- Liaise with suppliers and maintain professional relationships externally.
- Ordering office supplies, checking the P.O Box and sending mail as required.
- General office maintenance included arranging regularly preventative maintenance.
- Communicate with H.O IT Division and external vendors for the branches IT system and equipment if any related issue or fault.
- Ensure the Branch server room and IT related equipment working properly.
- Assisting routinely report.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree level education or higher.
- Ability to multi-task, well-organized, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
