We're on the hunt for a Commercial Product Coordinator to join our Commercial Product Team.

About the role:
The Commercial Product Coordinator role supports the success of the Commercial Product team in building and maintaining quality digital ad products and market leading strategies for their application. The Commercial Product Coordinator will also work collaboratively with members of the wider Digital Sales, Integration, Ad Ops, and Technology teams to assist in producing best in class digital audio product solutions for the Australian market.
What you'll be doing:

• Review and maintain both internal and external facing collateral and help guides
• Review and maintain digital intranet including collecting user experience feedback and making improvement recommendations
• Maintain digital ad spec information
• Maximise the performance of digital products by tracking commercial assets (qualitative & quantitative) to assist informing future products, reports and case studies
• Deliver a high level of stakeholder satisfaction through providing prompt and professional responses to enquiries and requests
• Ensure collaboration with other members of the wider digital team

Experience we're looking for:

• Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges with a positive mindset
• Experience in a sales support role, creating presentations and data entry
• Keen interest in data, marketing strategy & the evolution of digital audio
• A very good eye for detail and process orientated
