About the opportunity
The role of Manager Support will play a critical role in supporting the creation and enablement of the product initiatives to uplift and optimise product CVP. This role will accelerate the decision making and market execution capability of the product team and will bring to table critical analytical and logical decision making capability by leveraging inter and intra team knowledge, insights and capability.
You’ll
• Support the product management team to create, manage and optimise product CVP
• Support and own product transformation programs on a ongoing basis with the Product Managers
• Drive continuous improvement programs to uplift the CVP in sync with the Product Managers.
• Support the measurement of product in-market behaviour and performance to surface up key areas of actionable improvements
• Secure market research, intelligence and product performance data identify consumer behaviours and trends and recommend alterations to meet sales forecasts to Product Managers
• Support the development of capability roadmap with the Product Experience team
You’ll need
- Strong analytical skills to organise and analyse large amounts of data
- A strong ability to focus and translate insights into meaningful actions with scale
- Exceptional communications skills both written and oral as well as, highly developed analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
