The role
This role will involve the candidate drafting business sale agreements, shareholders agreements, leases, loan agreements, mortgages, terms and conditions, reviewing contracts and drafting advices in respect of the PPSR. The candidate will also act on behalf of the seller or the purchaser in the sale or purchase of commercial property or a business sale.
The ideal candidate will:
1. be an admitted solicitor with the ability to practice law in Queensland;
2. have at least 2 years’ experience in commercial and property law;
3. be committed and eager to learn;
4. have a positive attitude; and
5. be a team player.
The position will be full-time with the opportunity for genuine career progression within our rapidly growing firm.
Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with relevant experience.
