Fitzroys are looking for a Retail Property Manager to join our vibrant team and be a driving force behind our thriving Commercial Property portfolio. The great things you’ll do:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants ensuring their needs are met
- Coordinate property maintenance and enhancements ensuring your property portfolio shines and adheres to all regulations
- Seamlessly manage tenant matters from leases to renewals and resolve any concerns with flair
- Keep finances in check by managing rent collection, budgets and providing insightful financial reports
- Conduct regular rent analyses, staying currently with relevant property legislation
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends recommending innovative solutions for continuous improvement and adapting strategies accordingly
You will come to us with:
- Min of 3 years’ experience working as a Retail Property Manager ideally in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality results
- Competent user of property management software and tools
- Qualified with an Agents Representative Certificate
- Knowledge of the Retail Lease Act 2003, Essential Services and other relevant regulations highly desirable
