The Company:
Our client is a Global manufacturing company, specialising in access and hardware products for the Commercial Construction sector.
This role is focused on selling a range of market leading products that are a “must have” for commercial buildings, often specifying themselves. Our client have seen steady growth in ANZ and enjoy a loyal and committed customer base.
Due to this growth they are looking to expand the team to aggressively increase their market share with the addition of a BDM.
The Role:
The purpose of this appointment is to grow our client’s market share and revenues in the Commercial Construction market in VIC. Working closely with sales manager your purpose will be to target all the touch points of the sales process within the Commercial Construction vertical from Architects to Commercial Builders and Installers.
This is a fantastic opportunity as the products are desirable, the business is there and the growth is inevitable. You will have full autonomy to shine brightly in this role and moving forward you will be well placed to progress your career beyond that of a front line sales person.
The Applicant:
You will have between 2-10 years B2B sales experience from within the construction industry. You will hungry for success, dynamic, self-motivated and you will be looking for an opportunity to make a name for yourself so you can progress in your career.
As a natural relationship builder you will be happy to get out there with your clients through events, networking and cold calling and you will pride yourself on your ability not only to win accounts but to grow the revenue generation of these accounts on an ongoing basis.
