About the role
You will be responsible for the management of 7 properties in metro-Melbourne; 5 office and 2 industrial buildings while working in a collaborative environment and have support from their Asset Manager, facilities, administration and finance teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain relationships with tenants and landlords, providing resolution to enquiries
- Ensure effective management of rental arrears and resolution
- Manage and negotiate lease reviews and renewals
- Prepare financial reports, including budgets and forecasting
- Inspect properties and liaise maintenance with the Facility Manager
- Accurately record and manage tenant property related documents and data
About you
To ensure your success, you will be required to have:
- Agents Representative Certificate (VIC)
- Commercial experience managing a portfolio of a similar nature, however other sectors may be considered
- Highly developed organisation and communication skills
