The Role:

As a Commercial Property Manager, your day-to-day duties will include the below;

• Manage a warm and longstanding portfolio of Commercial Industrial & Retail clients and assets
• Liaise with business owners, HNW individuals and corporations on property matters
• Conduct rent reviews on small to large assets
• Liaise with solicitors on leasing documents & compliance
• All property inspections
• Arrears management
• Knowledge of the legislation

The Candidate:

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Commercial Property management
• A confident & assertive personality with the ability to build rapport Easily
• A strong passion and ambition to build a successful career in Commercial Industrial & Retail management
• A current VIC Agents Rep or Real Estate License
