Great opportunity for an Assistant/Junior Commercial Property Manager or experienced Residential Manager to take the next step in their career and join a great, market-leading agency in Northcote.

Offering a competitive salary of $70K - $80K + Super based on experience. Work Mon-Fri 9-5pm and enjoy your weekends off along with WFH flexibility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage your own portfolio of 83 properties (grow from there), all in close proximity to the office (Inner North)
• Liaise with owners/tenants, handle enquiries and manage compliance and maintenance requests
• Manage routine inspections with assistance and director support
• Admin and accounts support provided for portfolio management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Understanding of Commercial Property management, experience as assistant commercial PM or Residential PM with a great attitude!
• Relevant industry training (Agents Rep Certificate, Certificate IV in Real Estate etc.)
• Hold a valid driver's license
