Fantastic opportunity for an experience Commercial Property Manager to join an incredible boutique Commercial Real Estate agency based in Melbourne's inner CBD suburbs.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Department, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing a long standing Retail and Industrial portfolio.
The portfolio is currently made up of 135 properties, a 50/50 split of Retail and Industrial.
Based in Melbourne's CBD Fringe, you will be supported by in-house administrators and accounts team, as well as the support of a highly successful sales and leasing team. You will also have an abundance of support from all senior executives including the Director and Department Head who are dedicated to seeing your career flourish.
Based off experience, the salary for this role is between $100,000 - $120,000 package inc., as well as an on-site car park space and an achievable commission structure on lease renewals & BD, creating an OTE anywhere from $140,000+!

Requirements:
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience managing commercial assets, with a high emphasis on retail properties as well as a solid understanding of the Retail Lease Act.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to various stakeholder preferences.
