The Opportunity:
We are seeking aCommercial Property Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Commercial Property portfolio, including leases and licenses, to protect client interests.
- Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and manage tenant relations.
- Improve cash flow and ensure timely payment collections.
- Implement preventative maintenance and manage property upkeep.
- Handle after-hours emergencies and perform regular property inspections.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, control costs, and manage financial reconciliations.
- Monitor leases, maintain documentation, and stay updated on market trends and legislation.
- Assist in marketing vacant properties with the leasing department.
- Proven experience and knowledge in commercial real estate management.
