Our thriving Commercial Property Management team is dedicated to fostering business growth, implementing leading technology solutions, and cultivating a cohesive team culture. You will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of properties. The role encompasses all facets of management and client service delivery
Key responsibility for this role include:
- To drive the investment performance of the property asset
- Maintain close relationships with owners, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure proper control and service delivery
- Undertake inspections of property to ensure high standards of presentation
- Ensuring all lease and other documentation is fully executed
- Provide owners with recommendations relating to rent review and lease renewals
- Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration
- Control and collection of monies, including rentals, outgoings and recoverable costs
- Reconciliation of outgoings
We are seeking an energetic Commercial Property Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate Management division.
Skills and qualities we are seeking in candidates are:
- Previous experience in Commercial Property management
- Ability to provide exceptional service to clients through relationship building and communication
- Current and valid certificate of Registration or Agent's Representative Certificate
- Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
- Ability to build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in a propriety discipline would be an advantage
