Form of workWe are seeking a motivated and resourceful team player to join our Commercial Property Management team in our dynamic East Perth Real Estate office. We are committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients and you must have a positive attitude and be willing to go the extra mile for all our clients.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of a very clean portfolio of properties.
About the role
The role includes all facets of management and client service delivery
- Maintain close relationships with owners, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure proper control and service delivery
- Undertake inspections of property yearly to ensure high standards of presentation
- Ensuring all lease and other documentation are fully executed as required.
- Provide owners with recommendations relating to rent review and lease renewals
- Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration
- Control and collection of monies, including rentals, outgoings and recoverable costs
- Reconciliation of outgoings
- Maintain properties in accordance with owner's instructions and safety requirements
- Produce market appraisals
- To drive the investment performance of the property asset
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 2+ Years of Commercial Property management experience
- Knowledge of the local property market
- The ability to deal with strong personalities
- A current drivers license
- Experience with Cirrus8 desirable
- The ability to work autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- A hands on approach
- To be highly organized
Remuneration
Remuneration will be dependent on the level of experience and skill-set of the successful applicant, which will be discussed further at interview.
