Rental Management Australia (RMA) is one of the largest, independently owned, Property Management companies within Western Australia and Victoria. We are Property Management specialists with customer service being at the forefront of everything we do. RMA do not have a sales department, so managing commerical properties on behalf of our fantastic clients is our focus.
The location for this position is flexiable. You can choose to be based out of any of our four office locations in WA (Joondalup, South Perth, Port Kennedy or Bunbury)

The role involves:
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Property Manager.
- Assist in responding to tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Support lease administration activities.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Maintain financial records and assist in budget planning.
- Coordinate with vendors for property maintenance.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants.
- Assist in marketing vacant spaces.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare reports on property performance.
- Provide support during property emergencies.
- Assist in special projects as assigned.
The requirements:
- Property Management registration certificate and a minimum of 1 years experience.
- Cirrus8 experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
- Police clearance.
- Professional personal presentation
- Great organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good initiative and well organised
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
