Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grow and manage the portfolio on behalf of an established client base
• Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Monitor rent reviews and rent increases
• Organise and provide advice on property repairs and maintenance
• Proactively deal with queries and act as a trusted advisor

You Will Need:

• At least 1 year of Commercial Property Management experience (with a background in Residential Property Management as an advantage)
• A strategic mindset, with confident and effective negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills and a ‘can do’ approach
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car.
