Job Description:
We are recruiting for an exciting role with the Commercial Retail team at the Estee Lauder Companies Head Office in Sydney.
The Commercial Retail & Education Manager (ANZ) develops and leads the ANZ Commercial Education strategy and provides support to the National Retail Manager (NRM) in delivering the retail strategy within the Commercial organisation. This role will partner with the Regional Commercial Education lead on all aspects of non-brand/brand agnostic education content (in-person, virtual, and digital) and will deliver content across total Retail Field Sales and Consumer facing team (e.g Retail Sales Coaching, Retail Manager Leadership Development, Customer Service, and Compliance).
This role supports the National Retail Manager to review retail KPIs and create targeted education commercial programs to drive improvement in performance and engagement. They also drive the use of digital / virtual education and learning to reach a wider audience within ANZ ELC teams as well as monitoring and reporting on training completion across the Affiliate. In addition, this role will require in person education to drive and inform the Commercial Retail education strategy (while also working in partnership with brand Education to collaborate on needs).
Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Develop, implement and execute the Commercial Education Strategy for the Commercial Area Retail Managers, Retail Managers, and Beauty Advisors for brand agnostic content.
• Implement and deliver digital training with retail teams as per global / regional curriculums and timelines across ANZ
• Drives, Tracks, and Measures the uptake of online/virtual education for commercial education material across ANZ including Productivity at the Door, Compliance eLearning, ELC Academy and ANZ affiliate/commercial-specific content, Retail on the Move Content Management System Migration of Content as required, etc
• Support all relevant ANZ stakeholders with access to key enablers (eg Retail on the Move, new ELC Academy) across the affiliate. Escalate and trouble-shoot with regional education/retail as required to ensure accessibility ongoing.
• Acts as steward for maintaining the quality of ANZ commercial education available on virtual platform(s). Follow up branded content for ROTM as relevant with each relevant stakeholder (Visual Merchandising guidelines, monthly bulletins, etc)
• Drive a Corporate view of ANZ Brand Education calendar for planning purposes (demo, retail team schedules, etc). Drive Brand Education to complete seasonally and update as required. Drive use of ROTM workload calendar tool to co-ordinate a corporate calendar.

ANZ Workforce Management Education

• Support stores with regard to Workforce Management (WFM - time and attendance system) tools (iBeacons and iPads) across all staffed doors (Free Standing Stores, Department Store)
• Develop and facilitate regional/local modules to support new users and new Retail Field
• Work with WFM Champions in each State to support ongoing

Other Projects

• Coach and develop capabilities with regard to Sales Performance Management platform (SPM)
• Assist where applicable with Leadership Task Force Projects

Qualifications
Qualifications/Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree; tertiary or equivalent 8+ years of work experience in the relevant field
• Exceptional commercial and business acumen
• Experience in luxury / prestige beauty retail industries
• Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, facilitation skills
• Able to confidently communicate with leaders in various levels: Affiliates, Regional and Global
• Able to drive changes by influencing, inspiring, teaching, and collaborating
• Proactive self-starter who also enjoys being part of a team
