About the Roles…
The Sales Associate role is a full-time position based in our newly renovated office in Newstead. The roles include substantial performance incentives, which allows for the opportunity to an earn exponential income. You will be trained firsthand with the skills, techniques and knowledge required while you acquire the experience essential to become a high performer in commercial property.

- Prospecting calls to clients
- Generating leads & new business
- Database management and input
- Handling and prompt response to buyer enquiries / prospective buyers
- Building market intel and superior local knowledge of your dedicated area
- Performing property inspections with diligent follow-up
- Identifying appraisal, proposal and listing opportunities
- Strategic marketing of properties
- Communication with Vendors, Buyers, Solicitors, Valuers and key stakeholders
- Deal management
- Assisting with property appraisals, proposals & listing properties for Sale & Lease
- General administration task and record keeping in the CRM system
With training and mentoring on these tasks from one of the best commercial teams in the business, you will be set up on trajectory for unlimited earning capacity. The Sales Associate training will prepare you to become a guru of your area, understand the end to end sales process, be a strategic marketer, an influential negotiator and have winning listing presentations skills.

- Experience in sales/Real Estate/investments preferred
- A Property Economics Degree is preferred
