About the Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we have a unique opportunity for an Executive/Associate to join Savills Commercial Sales team in Brisbane CBD. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious, confident and eager Sales professional, keen to further their career within Corporate Real Estate or an experienced Property Sales Agent looking for their next challenge. Key responsibilities will include;
- Displaying an understanding of both local and national real estate markets
- Providing potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends
- Identifying and converting opportunities to sell commercial properties
- Ensuring all necessary tasks associated with listing and selling real estate are carried out in an efficient, expedient and professional manner
- Being responsible for co-ordination and placement of advertising and marketing material, as well as the preparation of sales contracts and associated correspondence
- Assisting with property inspections and auctions and buyer follow up
- Ensuring agreements are accurately documented and executed by the client and Head of Division in a timely manner
- Being aware of the corporate marketing strategies and assist implementation
- Maintaining and improving market knowledge and associated legislation
- Maximising public relations opportunities for the Company
- Submission writing and presenting
