Sales and Leasing Associate - Commercial Property

PNA is seeking a Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate to work for a leading commercial agency based in Brisbane suburbs.

Property Network of Australia has been engaged to assist with the recruitment of a Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate to work for a leading commercial agency based in Brisbane’s southern suburbs. This established agency is seeking a passionate and high-performing candidate for immediate start, offering the successful candidate all the necessary resources, training, and support required to fulfill the duties of the role and develop a career in commercial leasing
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and expand the existing tenant databases by actively canvassing businesses and gathering key information to support business decision-making
• Utilise your contacts and skills to identify potential tenants, assess their suitability, and make recommendations to the Leasing Executive/Director of Sales and Leasing
• Assist in the preparation and drafting of leasing proposals, ensuring they meet the necessary standards
• Compile and edit various reports contributing to the smooth operation of the leasing process and overall business function
• Cold calling canvassing and conducting property inspections

Desirable Candidate Qualities:

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as business, real estate, property management, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with industrial real estate and Leasing practices, laws, and regulations;
• interst and passion to learn about of the life cycle of a lease deal
• Experience in cold calling and canvassing desirable
• Sound knowledge of Office 365
• Problem-solving and solution-based mindset
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Driving license preferred
• Real Estate Salesperson Certificate is preferred but not essential as the candidate would need to want to take the course if they don't have one.
