Commercial Sales & Leasing Assistant needed for a top tier office in Melbourne CBD. Support a leading team of high performing Agents! Monday - Friday!

This is an agency built on a reputation as one of the leading Commercial offices in the CBD. As a dynamic team with a priority to provide to their high-end clients, this team are continually searching for new ways to improve customer satisfaction, property knowledge, and technology systems.
We are seeking a Commercial Sales & Leasing Assistant to join a high performing team of agents and eventually become a stand alone sales and leasing agent.
Experience in the Commercial RE space is highly regarded however, if you are in a Residential Agency or Admin position and looking to switch over, this could be the role for you!
The Role:

• Work in a fast paced environment with a high performing team
• General administration and database management
• Lead generation
• Liase with vendors, prospective purchasers and solictors
• Communicate with tenants
• Liase with conjunction agents
• Preparation of paperwork in the listing process and photography of properties. (Including onsite photography, measuring properties, copywriting for internet listings)
• Assisting in the preparation of marketing proposals, organising and co-ordinating marketing; (including signs, brochures web listings and email campaigns)

The Candidate:You will be a motivated and determined professional who will be responsible for assisting with and learning all the activities involved with the listing and selling/leasing of commercial office, retail and industrial properties.

• A corporate, confident, polished and professional presentation
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills, attention to detail, organization and time management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• All about attitude & willingness to learn
• A team player to workin a high performing team environment
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Reliable car and drivers license
