The Role
This is an entry level position in Commercial Sales and Leasing. You will be working alongside two very successful sales and leasing consultants, and gaining first hand knowledge in all things commercial.
Your duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Communication Management
- Prospect and Client Relationship Management
- Managing client database and engagement
- Sales support
- Market analysis and listing compilation
- Demonstrates a keen interest in Commercial properties
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Has strong previous sales experience - does not have to be in property
- Possesses a Cert 4/Agents Rep, a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
- Presents themselves impeccably and maintains a professional appearance.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic.
