PLG venue, The Brook inPoint Cook is looking for an experienced Full-Time Commis Chefwith a real passion for food and hospitality.
What will my duties include?
- Prepare and cook menu as per cooking guidelines and set standards
- Work in conjunction with Head Chef and kitchen team to develop and implement seasonal menus as required
- Maintain control and leadership in the kitchen during service time in the allocated section
- Ensure food and safety procedures are being followed
What are we looking for?
- Cert 3 or 4 commercial cookery or equivalent
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Experience with kitchen operations and functions and ability to cook a broad range of food items
