COMMIS CHEF - THE PIAZZA

Owned by the Mitchell family since 1999, Montalto is where seasonal, heirloom produce is grown, shared and celebrated. Montalto’s home estate of 30 acres under vine is the primary source for their premium wines, and the expansive kitchen gardens and orchards supply their kitchens in The Restaurant and The Piazza.
COMMIS CHEF - THE PIAZZA | We are looking for a Commis chef or recently qualified chef to join our award-winning and fast paced piazza kitchen team.
THE ROLE
- Commis Chef or recently qualified chef in The Piazza at Montalto in Red Hill
- Must be dedicated and willing to learn the art of cooking fresh produce.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner.
- Ability to follow instructions and comply with food health and safety regulations.
- Full-time (5 days a week). Weekend work with set days off. Occasional evening shifts for functions only.

- You will hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- You will have 2 years’ experience in a similar role
