We now have a great opportunity available for an office manager role to join our team and help manage our day to day operations.
The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of accounts and bookkeeping including month and year end, accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, payroll, budgeting and forecasting, WIP reporting,
- Supporting Finance manager with day-to-day accounts.
- Job system management and reporting
- General office administration duties including processing client calls and emails, management of uniform and stationary, maintenance and upkeep of records and files
- Employee onboarding and HR duties
- Processing of client and supplier invoicing
- Organising of social events and functions
- Onboarding of new client and credit applications within the business system.
- Receiving and processing client PO’s
- Working on client and stakeholders online platforms
- Assisting project managers with job pack data
- Monitoring and maintaining operations emails
- Assistance with compliance, inductions and security
The Candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experience in book keeping or accounts background
- Friendly, positive, proactive approach to your work;
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time-management and organisational skills;
- Experience with Xero, MYOB or similar systems
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction, empathise and understand, create a team environment and bring out the best in their staff
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word & Share point) and above average computer literacy

Competencies & Licences
Mandatory:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Current driver’s license
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights
- Ability to pass AFP police check
Preferred but not essential:
- Supervision experience in a similar role
- Experience in project management
- Qualifications in accounts
