Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience as a Cook or a Commis Chef, ideally within a luxury resort or fine dining setting.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training highly regarded.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is maintained
Keen eye for presentation and attention to detail
