In conjunction with the Head Chef, craft and execute exquisite menus that reflect both the luxury of our resort and the seasonal bounty of Perisher Valley. Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety and presentation that The Stables Resort is renowned for.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience as a Cook or a Commis Chef, ideally within a luxury resort or fine dining setting.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training highly regarded.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is maintained
Keen eye for presentation and attention to detail
