We are looking for the services of a first class, experienced and passionate Chef to join our Indooroopilly team. With sustainability and quality of produce in mind, complete with the freshest ingredients from local suppliers, the successful Chef will take control of the daily operations of the kitchen to:
- Lead, guide and inspire a team of professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience and further develop the business.
- Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Work closely with the Head Chef and the national Executive Sous Chef to develop and implement exciting menus, with support from the Central Kitchen facility.
We need a Chef to take control of the daily operations of the kitchen. With a passion to deliver quality food consistently, the right candidate will be:
- Reliable, level headed, punctual and organised.
- Passionate about what they do, innovative and experienced.
- Have experience in a kitchen serving a 150+ seat restaurant.
- Work fast, clean and motivate team by leading by example.
- Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.
- Following and enforcing workplace health and safety requirement.
- Working with head chef to meet the food and kitchen budget.
