AddressWhether an experienced Commis Chef or a Cook, we are looking for a casual who has:
- A real passionate for the food they produce;
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment;
- A solid background in busy restaurants, pubs or Clubs;
- Good knowledge in HACCP;
- The ability to work with a team and able to take direction and feedback; and
- Excellent time management skills.
You will be preparing, cooking and presenting meals from our a La Carte Menu, and additionally for Functions and Events.
Your Role
• Assist in busy kitchen operations
• Maintain the highest of standards of food quality, consistency and presentation
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to liaise with FOH and other chefs
• Highly organised and able to work within a fast paced environment
• Have a professional approach and the ability to be level headed under pressure
• Genuine flair for food. No late nights!
Apprentice position is available for 1st or 2nd year apprentice
