Greca is a Greek restaurant located in the Howard Smith Wharves precinct. Open every day for lunch and dinner, we aim to create a place that brings the high energy and fun of the Greek islands to our prime spot on the Brisbane River. Our menu takes a modern approach to Greek dishes and is accompanied by a drinks list of smashable cocktails and Australian and European wines.

To enable our staff to take exceptional care of our guests, we look to provide a supportive, fun, and collaborative environment within our team. We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team in a casual position.

Responsibilities
- Cooking, preparing ingredients
- Cleaning and organising your station
- Taking note of inventory and notifying the supervisor when stock is low
- Assisting other chefs
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
- Work with the best products and help us bring our vision to come to life
