This is a brilliant opportunity to become a Commis Chef at the Forest Hotel.What you'll do:Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and ordersWork efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedureSetup and cleaning of kitchenWhat you'll need:Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchenKnowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menuAn uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safetyStrong communication and organisation skillsTrade cooking qualifications are essentialFlexible availabilityThe perks are good too!
