About the role
Our Roadhouse Bar & Grill offers breakfast 7 days a week and dinner 6 nights a week. The hotel also consists of 3 function rooms hosting business meetings, social events and weddings. We are looking for motivated Full time Commis Chef to join the team.

Skills & experience
- Passion for food & exceeding guests expectations
- Restaurant, a la carte & function experience in a fast paced kitchen
- Effective planning, prioritisation and decision making skills
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the square
- Able to work individually and in a team environment
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and strong communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible roster including days, nights and weekends
