COORDINARE is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Commissioning Contract Administrator to join our team and report to the Business Manager, Commissioning.

COORDINARE is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Commissioning Contract Administrator to join our team and report to the Business Manager, Commissioning.

COORDINARE is the Primary Health Network (PHN) for South Eastern NSW. We work with government, non-profit, healthcare providers, service partners and communities to coordinate local health services and support those at risk of poor health outcomes.

Purpose for this role:

The Commissioning Contract Administrator will facilitate the contract administration process to support the COORDINARE business team with contract development within the contract management system. The incumbent will manage data extraction and reporting from existing information systems and support commissioning procurement activities. The role will involve supporting other members of the Risk, Finance and Procurement team as required.

What skills and experience are required to be successful in this role? 

  • Demonstrated experience in commissioning and contracts.
  • Experience with contract management systems.
  • Proven IT skills for a business environment e.g. Office365, SharePoint & Salesforce.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • You must be a proactive and collaborative team player.
