- A degree in communications, public relations or marketing or equivalent years work experience.
- Previous experience in dealing with difficult stakeholders and critical conversations.
- Experience in major infrastructure project environments and social media competency, will also be highly regarded.
- IAP2 or equivalent training in community engagement and public participation.
- Knowledge of the infrastructure planning lifecycle.
- Current holder of a Class C driver’s licence with own vehicle to attend various sites, Gov't offices and face to face meetings.
- Required to undergo employment screening (for example a criminal history check) as part of the selection process.
- Hold a Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) or have ability to obtain within six months of starting.
