About the Role
You will engage with stakeholders across the organisation, educate and raise awareness on integrity principles and lead initiatives to embed these principles into our work processes and procedures. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, support business improvements and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice on ethical and Integrity matters.
- Educate and raise awareness of integrity principles among stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and maintain systems and processes to monitor and report on Ethics and Integrity issues.
- Investigate and respond to Ethics and Integrity complaints.
- Deliver education and awareness initiatives, including training and support for staff and leaders.
- Provide technical guidance across teams within the Integrity and Information Program.
- Support the coordination of business improvements aligned with the organization's strategic direction.
- Identify team training and development needs, gaps, and opportunities.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
- Formal tertiary qualifications, ideally in governance, ethics/integrity, risk, and/or compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current legislation, frameworks, and best practices in Ethics and Integrity.
- Proven experience leading with influence in specialist areas.
